Briar Chapel takes advantage of its on-site dog park to host a Dog Days of Summer event benefiting local pet charity Paws4ever. With dogie ice cream, a pet training seminar, costume contest and trail trot being offered, a good time will be had by all.

With seven entries in this years Green Home Tour, the builders at Briar Chapel really stepped it up. This means more of the green-built homes you love but less driving around. Come out and see us!
Every day is Earth Day at Briar Chapel, but we just couldn't resisit throwing an actual celebration. Kicking off the day is a 5k beneffitting our friends at The Abundance Foundation, followed by a festival. With food trucks, games, live music and even a beer tasting, there's really no better way to spend your Saturday.
Earth Day in Briar Chapel is always a fabulous day, but we were especially excited this year as our event grew larger than year’s past. Your commitment to supporting the community in which you live was a truly amazing gesture – we enjoyed spending our day with you!

Along with the Earth Day Festivities at Briar Chapel the weekend of April 17 - 18, we are excited to be raising awareness around living sustainably with the Town of Chapel Hill and other local businesses during Earth Action Day April 10th.
As we approach Earth Day on April 22, 2010, we at Briar Chapel view this as a special opportunity to bring a greater awareness to the cornerstones that we live and breathe on a daily basis.
