Introducing: The Haven by Saussy Burbank
Our newest model home is finally open! Saussy Burbank has opened the doors to their new model home in conjunction with the recent release of two new plans, the Haven and the Laurel, and we are in LOVE.
In their own words: "The Haven is a 2182 square foot home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full-baths and 1 half-bath. The plan boasts an attached 2-car frontload garage, which is rare for a plan this size in Briar Chapel. The first floor has a functional open floor plan showcasing an expansive family room that showcases large windows for natural light and a fireplace. The family room flows seamlessly into a bright kitchen designed with an oversized island, walls flanked with cabinets and tall windows. Our kitchens can be designed with the latest in stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and designer finishes for fixtures, hardware and plumbing.
