TBJ Names Briar Chapel a Top Homebuilding Triangle Neighborhood!
Triangle Business Journal named our master-planned Chapel Hill community, Briar Chapel, among the top homebuilding Triangle neighborhoods last week! Here's what they had to say:
"In the Triangle Multiple Listing Services latest report from September, most major metrics are up from that same month a year ago as well as year-to-date.
There are hot pockets of activity across the Triangle that are still churning out new home starts. Many of the most-active communities in the Triangle are multiphase projects that count more than a hundred annual starts.
The list includes 17 communities that had more than 100 new home starts in the aforementioned time-frame."
From July 2018 to June 2019 Briar Chapel has had 221 homesites started and 224 homesite closings. New construction homes in multiphase projects are still holding strong and Briar Chapel is proud to be named as one of the top! Voted "Best Neighborhood in Chapel Hill" four years running.
