Green Home Tour 2017
As one of the Triangle’s largest green communities, it’s no secret that Briar Chapel gives the green light to all things eco-friendly! This year, we’re excited to showcase four of our sustainability built homes in the Triangle Green Home Tour. The Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Chatham selected homes to feature from three of our award-winning builders, including:

On-site agents can unveil the secrets of green building, the features that we include in our homes and how these elements have saved our residents more than $1 million in energy bills since 2008.
