Briar Chapel Wins “Best of Chapel Hill”
Throw a few burgers on grill and strike up the band! It’s a season of celebration for the entire Briar Chapel team! This year, we are honored to be named one of Chapel Hill’s Favorite Neighborhoods by Chapel Hill Magazine. Thank you to all of the families who have chosen to build lives, forge memories and call Briar Chapel “home.”

Brunch, brews and biking? Breakaway Cafe earned four titles in the Chapel Hill Magazine “Best of” issue, including “Favorite New Restaurant,” “Favorite Place for Breakfast/Brunch,” “Favorite Kid-Friendly Restaurant” and “Favorite Coffee Shop.”
501 Pharmacy has been providing premium care to our Briar Chapel family since it joined Veranda in 2016. It’s no wonder it was voted “Favorite Local Pharmacy!”
A big congratulations to one of our talented builders, Homes By Dickerson, named Chapel Hill’s “Favorite Construction Business/Builder.”
Firing up the contest for the win, Capp’s Pizzeria was voted “Favorite Pizza” for its wood-fired, Neapolitan-style pies.
