At Briar Chapel, we make a point get involved. To join hands, embrace big visions, believe in things around the bend. We are dedicated to building a legacy not just within Briar Chapel but also within our greater community with  gifts and land donations. Our goal is to help make a lasting difference.

Local partnerships.

Since our beginning in 2008, we’ve gone all in to support local causes, bolster nonprofits and partner with like-minded organizations.

  • Abundance NC

    Abundance NC is a nonprofit that creates and supports sustainable communities by educating and equipping the public about renewable energy, food and fuels. For the past several years, Briar Chapel has partnered with Abundance to host the Pepper Festival. The largest festival of its kind in the region, the Pepper Festival celebrates local food, music and culture with pepper-themed chef competitions, family activities and performances. Best of all, the proceeds benefit Abundance NC.

  • Triangle Off-Road Cyclists (TORC)

    Triangle Off-Road Cyclists (TORC) is a volunteer organization dedicated to securing the future of mountain biking in the Triangle. It promotes responsible riding, establishes and maintains mountain biking trails, and works to preserve North Carolina's natural resources.

  • High Performance Building Council of the Triangle

    The High Performance Building Council of the Triangle promotes building programs to create efficient homes -- those that consume less energy, produce better indoor air quality and provide a more durable product requiring less maintenance. www.hbadoc.com/

  • Chatham County Arts Council

    The Chatham Arts Council strives to provide cultural opportunities to enrich the quality of life in Chatham County by developing, nurturing and sharing artistic programs and educational activities.
