Gian Hasbrock named Builder Representative for Chatham Builder Guild at Briar Chapel
RALEIGH, NC – Gaye Orr, President of Coldwell Banker Advantage New Homes is pleased to announce that Gian Hasbrock, MIRM, Master CSP, CRS, has been named Builder Representative for Chatham Builder Guild at Briar Chapel, a Newland Communities development in Chatham County.
After spending his childhood in New York City, attending the University of Chicago, and embarking upon a career as a typographer in Miami, Gian relocated to the Triangle in 1982 as owner of Marathon Typography. He sold this business and entered the residential real estate industry in 1991. For the past 19 years, Gian has worked in new homes and general brokerage sales, sales training, and sales management in the Triangle, the North Carolina Outer Banks, and Southeastern Virginia. He has been responsible for selling more than $70,000,000 of residential real estate throughout this time.
Gian is a member of the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Durham, Orange, and Chatham Counties and the HBA of Raleigh-Wake County, where he serves as Vice-Chair of the Education Committee. Gian is also a member of the North Carolina HBA and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Additionally, he is a member of the Triangle Sales & Marketing Council (TSMC), an organization of the HBAs of Raleigh-Wake and Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties, where he serves on the Executive Committee as Education Chair. Last but not least, Gian is a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS, the NC Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS.
