Briar Chapel won four Silver Awards and will compete for The Nationals Gold Awards in Las Vegas in January 2010. The community received Silver Awards for Best Color Advertisement and Best Overall Ad Campaign for its “Ideal” ads with marketing and advertising partner, Roni Hicks & Associates. With its interior design firm, Motif, Briar Chapel won a Silver Award for Best Sales or Information Center. In addition, Briar Chapel builder JD Mahoney Construction Inc. of The Chatham Builder Guild was awarded a Silver Award for Best Product Design Custom Home for their Villa Sienna design.
