The best way to explore Briar Chapel is along the 24 miles of trails that connect the community through 900 acres of preserved open space. Underfoot, the trail might change from wooded boardwalks to paved paths. But along the way, you can stop to admire community art created especially for Briar Chapel by local artists. Spanning Bennett Mountain and Pokeberry Creek, while connecting the diverse neighborhoods, community parks, the Briar Club, as well as the onsite schools, the trail system is perhaps the defining feature of Briar Chapel.
You'll frequently see deer and other wildlife along the trails. Trail markers will help you keep the pace and ecological signage will point out key species you might find along the trail. Explore the beauty and wonder that is Briar Chapel!
